Innovate the Future of Mobility
It’s time to showcase your expertise at WCX, the largest technical mobility event in North America. Submit your abstract today to join the brightest minds in mobility as a presenter at this year’s event, where you will share your latest innovations and insights with the engineering community.
Your abstract must cover at least one of the following topics:

- AI and Machine Learning
- Body / Chassis / Occupant Protection / Structure

- Smart Manufacturing
- Emissions / Sustainability / Thermal Management
- Aerodynamics
- Military Ground Vehicles
Getting started is easy — simply submit your 250-word abstract by September 3, 2024.
Timeline
- Paper acceptance will be based on organizer moderated peer review of a review-ready manuscript (authors are notified by January 21, 2025)
- Refer to the author resources site at volunteers.sae.org/authors.htm for other useful information in preparing your submission
- Portal for submission of abstracts will be open on May 31, 2024
- Deadline for submitting paper offers is September 3, 2024
- Review Ready Manuscripts due to session organizers no later than October 15, 2024. Final manuscripts and copyright assignments are due to SAE no later than January 28, 2025
- Speakers/presenters register to attend WCX to present in-person (at a discounted Participant Rate): March 11, 2025
