Currently, Huntington Place has 2,596 parking spaces available for a fee on a first-come first-serve basis at the Huntington Place Roof Deck, Washington Blvd., and in the Huntington Place Congress Street Garage. Hotel and Travel Information

The WCX official hotel is the Westin Book Cadillac, where a limited block of rooms is reserved at the group rate of $250 plus tax and Government rate of $145 plus tax.  If you or your primary contact have not yet reserved rooms, we suggest you do so as soon as possible. 

Detroit Public Street Closures – Important Update

On Monday, April 15, 2024, Phase 3 of road closures starts, including the closure of Jefferson Avenue. Washington Blvd in front of Huntington Place will remain open. The Larned Street exit on M-10 will remain open with access to the Washington Garage and the front of the building.  The Howard Street exit on M-10 will remain open for access to roof parking. 
 
Travel Alternatives
 
The Detroit People Mover is free for all of 2024. You are encouraged to consider this an option for transportation to Huntington Place. Click here for details and a station map. If walking from the Marriott Renaissance Center, use the Riverwalk or the north side of Jefferson Avenue.
 
To avoid delays, plan ahead and allow for extra commute times. You are encouraged to use Waze or Google Maps to access current traffic conditions. Click here for an updated map with directions and parking lot locations.

AIRPORT BUS TRANSPORTATION:
We are pleased to announce the launch of DAX, a new express bus pilot service providing direct transportation between Downtown Detroit and the Detroit Metropolitan Airport.

• Downtown Pickup/Drop-off Location
  Conveniently positioned across the street from The Westin Hotel on Washington Blvd. Look for the designated DAX bus stop sign. Please be advised that there is no shelter available at the pickup point.

• Airport Pickup/Drop-off Points
  The bus offers two drop-off points at the airport – the top level of the McNamara terminal and the lower level of the Evans terminal.

• Payment Options
  Both cash and card payments are accepted onboard for those who have not pre-purchased tickets online. The cost is $6 if paid advance or $8 if paid at the door.

chargeFUZE:
At Huntington place, there are three chargeFUZE portable phone charging kiosks on the concourse (level 2) that allow guests to rent a portable mobile power bank that can be used anywhere and returned to any location on site. chargeFUZE power-banks are built in to include charging cables for iOS, Android, and other devices. To find the nearest pick up and drop off location, download the chargeFUZE app, ask a member of guest services, or simply scan the QR code on any chargeFUZE station when you see one!
